I had the passion to do music since at my tender age and i ave always waited for the right time because if it never the right time one can never make things happen.ave gotten lot of support from friends and brothers and encouragement and discouragement from ppl. if one has never been discourage then one is not yet set to move on. Nigerian-born DA BENNJA is involved in different aspects of music , He happens to come from the UWAH family The first son of Rev ,pastor E J UWAH. He started singing in the church choir as a son of a pastor.Da Benja is someone who got passion for music and entertainment.He was always listening to R Kelly ,Bob Marley ,Fela Kuti ,seau Paul ,P-Square, Plantation Boys ,beenie man ,Wyclef Jean and is friend Marvellous Benji while he was growing up .
He moved to Malaysia, to Complete his studies. In 2010 he came into the limelight of the entertainment, with his frist hit Single TERERE featuring Britela and Ketch-up . and also released another hot single titled ALL FOR LOVE featuring the number one hit man aka Terry G ,he was nominated with his single TERERE with 5 different artist for the West African/Central African Act of the Year (African Entertainment Awards (Malaysia) 2010
