Brief Interview with Effizzy (D'Throne Entertainment)

We were at the Naija@50 Concert held in Kaduna Nigeria when we came across a new but very creative face in the music industry. So we had a little chat with him.

Afriktainment: Let the audience know who you are please
Effizzy: My names are Alhafeez Olarotimi Olasunkanmi aka Effizzy, am a recording artist signed under The Throne Record Label.

Afriktainment: How long have you been in the industry and when were you signed to your label
Effizzy:  I started way back 1998 but professionally in 2005. i was signed in 2009 but met with my C.E.O Olalekun michael Ilori in London way back when i went for an occasion and also met with Uti in South Africa (Winner Big Brother Africa) which he was featured in one of my videos (EFFIZZY) directed by Jhona and myself.

Afriktainment: 2005, guess you must be familiar with the industry, where are you officially based and your productions, who and who have you worked with (producers) in Nigeria
Effizzy: Lagos and Abuja, orientated in Kaduna. Have worked with the ill est producer Puffy Tee hoping to work with Dr. Fabs, Terry G, Sosick , Don Jazzy and K. Solo

Afriktainment:  So when are we expecting the album
Effizzy: December or early next year

Afriktainment: Any advice for the upcoming artist
Effizzy: First prayers, focus and be more creative
