Shot on location in the UK, and directed by renowned Italian filmmaker and director Paolo Benetazzo, the ‘Lead Me’ visuals is a creative, emotive and thematic offering, which stays true to the inspiration behind the original track, and it sees Olaedo Ibe lost in a forest, with a light then leading her to a place of safety.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the video, Olaedo says, “I had so much fun with the music video, it was shot in a forest to make an emphasis on the lyrical content of the single. It also mirrors Psalm 43:3 – Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your tabernacle”.
Olaedo continues that, “the music video is special to me as it’s a symbolic story of how God continues to leads me in life – and if he can lead me, I’m know he can lead you too”.
