Chooxy is a gifted song writer and dancer, his full name Is okuedei davies chukuka and he hails from obiaruku in delta state. Chooxy who was born in ughelli delta state joined his local church choir at age 9 and his love for music grew up from there n he has been on the fore front of rnb music In his locality ever since.
Chooxy who was born in d early 90s grew up listening to acts like Osadebe, Oliver de coque, R.kelly, Micheal Jackson, and a couple of other records he could find on his dads shelf. His passion for music soon drew him to singing performing at shows in his locality(delta state). While in delta state university where he obtained a diploma in law certificate, he was a member of a singing/dance group, he also went for the 2008 project fame though he didn't go far in the competition that didn't stop him from believing in himself and focusing on his dream. he later moved to lagos that same year to start music professionally.
His remake of Rihannas what's ma name brought him out to the limelight and it made everyone see his potentials and what this young lad can do. Chooxy has worked with artistes like ex-o,emmsong,twins affair, Samklef, Myst, Fomeh e.t.c. Chooxy who is already a graduate of diploma in law at the delta state university is currently a student in the faculty of law Uniben.
Although his school work tends to clash with his music this young lad is determined and ready to keep his family and fans happy by staying in school and dropping hits. The future sure holds great things for this young lad as he works today his debut album "THE CHOOXY FEVER".
