Dozie Nwodo Sylvester a.k.a. Ladonsyl, the acronym is LAstDozie Nwodo SYLvester because he believes that even his kids will never be like him. "We are living in the same life but not in the same time" Born on the 27^th of November, 1980 at Mother Enugu, Enugu State (coalCity), Nigeria where he is still based till today.

Growing up in the SYLVESTER household, music was just a part of the norm, as mum n dad enjoyed music so much, all of the kids grew up listening to music at its highest, which affected their lives in every possible way. Mum in her youth sang in the choir. Dad loved music so much that he only enjoyed listening to it when the volume was at its HIGHEST. The family also enjoyed music very much that most of the time their neighbors would think that they were having wild parties at all hours of the day “it made us SHOUT whenever we were discussing. So if u hear me SHOUT when I’m discussing, don't worry, its just part of what I have learned... lol”  

Growing up with music at his side, LADONSYL’s tastes in music varied from Salsa, Makosa to Rap, Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae and Dancehall to likes of old beats, this includes Traditional, Highlife and Gospel with artist like Oliver De Coque and Osadebe. Inspired by great artist such as Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Beenie Man, Junior Reid, R. Kelly, Tupac Shaku, Lil Wayne, Shaggy and lots more.

Graduated from a higher institution where he studied Electronics/Telecom. Ladonsyl, an aspiring musical artiste and producer with many different talents under his belt, has produced most of his own music and also of many upcoming new artistes as well. LADONSYL has currently released his first debut album named "HUSTLERS MUST GET PAID" 

He has performed in several musical concerts organized by universities, corporate bodies and private organizations as well and has been nominated for Coal City Upcoming Artiste Award.

Although he has struggled with criticism and faced depression in his life, he believes life still goes on and without a PASSION for life and a PASSON for what you do and what believe in, your hopes n dreams will certainly die.

 “Success does not happen overnight and Rome was not built in a day. COURAGE, PRESEVERANCE, CONVICTION and CONSISTENCY are what I believe and have built me into the person that I am today” “Now I can say life has been good to me, I have been blessed and I am enjoying my music and the artiste life I so desired”
